THE FABULOUS PINK BOO-BEE BUS

Get on Board with us!

One of the highlights of the Prevent Breast Cancer campaign will be our pink double decker bus.  This will enable us to travel around Greater Manchester during October which is breast cancer awareness month.  The bus will be visiting public areas where there is a high female footfall as well as large companies and organisations.

On board the bus will be our fabulous “Boo-Bees” who will be distributing our “Bee Aware” information and encouraging women to come on board to find out more about breast health.  Also on board will be a specialist breast cancer nurse to give advice and to answer any specific concerns.

All our BooBees will get the chance to get on board the bus.

We will get you ready to go out there, as our special ambassadors, stopping at our special BooBee bus stops to speak to women and get them to find out more about the campaign as well as the importance of attending screening and checking their breasts regularly.

A rota will be produced by the team to make sure that the bus is fully staffed for our journey around Greater Manchester.
